This sterling silver diamond cut belcher chain necklace has faceted links that catch the light with a bright, sparkling finish, rather than the flatter shine of a plain polished chain.
Belcher, also known as rolo, is built from round interlocking links of equal size, giving a chain that lies flat and even against the neck and holds its shape well over years of wear. At 2mm wide, it sits comfortably between a delicate everyday chain and a substantial statement piece, equally suited to being worn alone or as a base for a pendant.
The uniform belcher construction distributes weight evenly along the chain, and the round link profile makes it straightforward to repair if a link is ever damaged. It closes with a spring ring clasp and is stamped 925.
This chain is pendant-friendly and well suited to carrying a medallion or similar centrepiece, where its classic, versatile styling works well with a range of pendant designs.
Available in lengths from 16 to 30 inches, so it can be sized for a close fit at the collarbone or a longer drop.
