Your jewellery is placed in a tarnish-free gift box, then securely packed inside a strong protective postal carton to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Our packaging is made from FSC® certified materials and is suitable for gifting straight out of the box.

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. Every piece at Silversmiths is crafted from genuine 925 Sterling Silver and carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. If for any reason you’re not completely delighted, simply return your order within 28 days for an exchange or full refund.
In addition, all jewellery includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. As long as the item has been properly cared for, it’s fully protected under the warranty terms. You can extend your warranty to 12-months when you receive your Certificate of Authenticity.
