This sterling silver heart pendant traces an open heart outline set with round simulated sapphires alternating with marquise-shaped cubic zirconia clusters, echoing the family of heart and halo designs already in the collection while standing apart through its distinctive blue and clear stone pairing.
The open centre keeps the design light and wearable, with each faceted sapphire held in a simple claw setting and the cubic zirconia stones set along slim marquise frames between them. The rhodium plating gives the silver a bright, reflective finish that resists everyday tarnish.
The pendant measures 24mm in length and 18mm at its widest point, with a plain bail suited to a slim to medium chain.

A fine curb or trace chain between 1.0mm and 1.4mm will suit this pendant well, keeping the heart the focal point without overwhelming its open design. A belcher chain is also a good match if you prefer a slightly bolder look.
